Start the Japanese Automobile Industry Rampant in Indonesia


Staff Ahli Menteri Bidang Penguatan Struktur Industri Kementerian Perindustrian  Achdiat Atmawinata mengatakan sudah ada tanda-tanda relokasi pabrik kendaraan dan komponen dari Jepang ke Indonesia. Bahkan, pihaknya sangat optimistis.

“Indikasinya bisa kita lihat dari maraknya industri automotif Jepang menambah investasi di Indonesia tahun ini, seperti Daihatsu, Toyota. Suzuki juga mulai menambah investasi skala besar ke Indonesia tahun ini guna peningkatan kapasitas produksi,” .

Berbagai investasi tersebut, lanjutnya, tentu membutuhkan banyak pasokan komponen kendaraan. Hal itu, merupakan salah satu peluang Indonesia dalam upaya menarik investor pabrik komponen automotif.

 Contacted separately, Director of Marketing for sole agent (ATPM) Nissan in Indonesia, PT Nissan Motor Indonesia said it welcomed the Japanese so if the vehicle and component manufacturers to relocate to Indonesia.
