Nissan Juke was sold USD 238.8 Million


When a test drive Nissan's Juke in Bali (15 May), for the CVT variant valued USD 238.8 million, while the CVT is more expensive RX Rp 10 million on the road in Jakarta.
The second difference lies in the variants of this luxury features, among others, with levelizer xenon headlights, parking sensors, start / stop engine, and keyless entry. Both models are offered in a choice of the same color, ie, burning red, pacific blue, solid white, silver metallic, gray metallic, and solid black.
Toshiyuki Shiga, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Nissan Motor Company Limited (the principal), said the Juke is one of Nissan's global product. In Europe, he explained, Juke answer the demand of consumers who want a compact car with a higher ability and style like a sport utility vehicle (SUV).
"So we created a new segment, fans hatchback, but more sporty," explained Shiga through the launch Juke.
While Takayuki Kimura, President of NMI, said, Juke production have been started since May 2011. For the full year, NMI Juke targeting sales to touch 10,000 units.
"We hope consumers in Indonesia can feel the toughness and performance of the Juke as well as city car agility. Nissan intends to recast the definition of a compact car segment in Indonesia with the presence of Juke and March," said Kimura.
Teddy Irawan, Vice President of National Sales and Marketing NMI, adding, the process of sending the unit has been done to the Nissan marketing network all over Indonesia. NMI hope soon to meet consumer demand for Indonesia which was delayed two months earlier.
